Was having foot pain doctor said it was most likely my shoes. I came here and they did a wonderful job told them exactly what I was looking for. Have a flat feet and small ankles. Got to try on a variety of shoes found the perfect fit! Got some insoles they sold for more support for my flat feet. No more foot pain.

I have shopped at this store since I was a child, never have I gotten a pair of shoes there that I didn't love. I love that store!

Great everything! Tucked in next to Hallmark with a kind of difficult-to-see sign (especially at dusk!), it's with the hunt. Fantastic service!

I have been running in an older pair of running shoes and went to get fitted for a new pair of running shoes. Todd took 20 minutes to fit me and get me in the right shoe. I was really impressed with Todd's customer service and attention to detail! Who knew getting fitted for the right shoe would make such a difference? Thanks to Todd and the team at V & A for helping me out.

I was having a difficult finding tennis shoes that fit right so I went into V&A to have my feet be properly measured and fitted. They ordered a couple different shoes for me and I found another in store, so I took home 2 pairs of shoes that fit right! Thanks V&A! You guys rock!

This is a wonderful place for all your boot & shoes needs. This was my 1st time shopping here And it was a wonderful experience. As soon as I walked into this facility I was greeted by April and told her what I was looking for, a nice pair of hiking boots with good arch support. April was well informed about the products in the store and explained the difference between the two I narrowed It down to and I eventually decided to go with the Keen. Thank you April, I love my hiking boots and because of your patience and knowledge and kindness, I will be back soon to pick up a pair of running shoes. Nice selction of womens & mens shoes, dress & casual, no discount pricing but the personal service is supurb! It's so nice to be able to exlain what is wanted & have assistance quickly identify what brands will meet need, ex narrow foot, good arch support, sturdy fit for stability walking, such attentive & efficient assistance is a rare & apprectiated find!

Have broken ankle. The woman who assisted me listened carefully to my needs and thought carefully about the best shoe for me. She even found a really low cut shoe that kept the pressure off my ankle bone. So appreciate her thoughtful care.

Excellent shoe store with very kind and helpful staff. Great shoes at good prices. My Podiatrist recommended them and April was so helpful in finding new shoes that will fit my new insoles I need to wear. If they can help me with foot problems they can find awesome shoes for those without problems! I'll certainly be back!
